The house has two levels with the living area on the raised ground floor, divided into:

–a large entrance, kitchen with fireplace, living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a back exit leading to the basement where the cellars are located.

It also has a garage on the basement level and a rooftop terrace accessible via external stairs.

Roof was recently redone. Heating sources include methane, a pellet stove, and a fireplace.

The house is surrounded by a courtyard on all four sides. Easily accessible location, 12 minutes drive from Aulla (motorway).
